Her skills and knowledge have been gained whilst working first as a practising clinician, then a senior manager engaged in strategic planning and service development and most recently a board director with responsibility for service improvement, performance management and corporate governance within an aspirant Foundation Trust.

Mandy also has extensive experience of both English and Welsh healthcare policy and systems, particularly in relation to secondary care and contracting.
